| HEADSTOCK |
| The headstock is moved by two
plate cams and a lever mechanism. The main spindle is supported by roller
bearings at the front, and precision angular contact bearings at
the rear, and the headstock is guided by linear guide. This
allows for long-time and high-speed running, and assures smooth sliding of the headstock. The feed rate can be easily adjusted in
range from 1:1 to
3:1 |

| TRANSMISSION
MECHANISM |
| 16 different speeds of the main spindle
can be easily obtained just by changing the belt position on the
pulley. The cam shaft speed is reduced to 1/8 of main
spindle speed through the reducing
gear. |

| The mechanism is convenient to operate, adjust and maintain. Suitable for drilling, tapping ( ID or OD), threading, etc...A safety device automatically stops the machine is the event of tapping failure. |
